• Free Shipping: On all national orders over 60€.

Spain Shipping (Mainland)

• Standard Delivery: 8.50€ (DPD / Seur).

• Free Shipping: On orders over 100€.

• Delivery Time: 2-4 business days.

• Note: For Canary Islands or Balearic Islands, please contact us for a specific quote.

European Union Shipping (Rest of EU)

• Standard Delivery: Starting from 15.50€ (calculated at checkout based on weight).

• Free Shipping: On orders over 180€.

• Delivery Time: 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

• Note: Shipping for heavy or bulky items (like surfboards) will be calculated separately.

Avoid shipping costs by collecting your order directly at our shop in Aljezur.

• Location: SW Surf Shop, Rua 25 de Abril, 101, Lj.4, Aljezur.

• Hours: Available during our regular opening hours.

Order Processing & Tracking

• Handling Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

• Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the shop.

Shipping Terms & Damaged Goods

• Responsibility: SW Surf Shop ensures all items are securely packed. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

• Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the items are damaged, contact us immediately at hello@swsurfshop.com with photos of the packaging and the damage.
