Tracking your item

All items will be shipped with DPD or CTT.  An email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address supplied when your order is shipped.

Collect from store

Orders can be collected from SW Surf Shop during our opening hours. You are welcome to call +351 282 991 127 during opening hours to reserve your items.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed through www.swsurfshop.com will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

Once we have dropped the order to the carrier, the customer will assume the risk of loss + title for the items. SW Surf Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to your local post office to remedy.

If you have received the package, please inspect the goods. If the package and / or items are damaged, please contact our customer service at hello@swsurfshop.com and you will receive assistance immediately.
